Newly restored family hotel in a calm place surrounded by trees just 10 minutes by public transport from city centre. BVV exhibition area is just 10 minutes walk away. Hotel Santander is offering luxurious accommodation in a villa dating back to the early 1900s. The friendly staff will do their best to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Come and sit in a comfortable chair with your favourite book or magazine in the reading room, offering a view over the city of Brno. In both summer and winter, this is a relaxing place to while away the time. Pleasantly cool in summer and with an open fire in winter, the lounge features harmonious colours, beautiful flowers and interesting paintings. Enjoy your breakfast here in the morning, then relax here over a drink in the evening.

The hotel is surrounded by a large cascade garden tempting to sit in the arbour with the view of the city of Brno or at the fireplace with its own smoke room, where we can arrange for your company receptions, parties and weddings. If you like to relax actively you can use our new tennis court with a special surface, or adjacent cycling path connecting Brno and Vienna or you can walk along the Svratka river or in the neighbouring woods.

By Car: From the city centre, Svitavy and Bystrc: - The second right towards the BVV - CLO exhibition centre and Praha. - When you are on Žabovřeská Street, before the Pisárky elevated crossroads keep in the left-hand traffic lane. - At the traffic lights head towards Kohoutovice and Žebětín. - At the next traffic lights turn left towards Praha and Grand Prix. - Our hotel entrance is approximately 20 metres away on the right-hand side. From Praha and Olomouc: - From the D1 motorway leave at exit 190 – Brno/Západ. - Drive through the Pisarky tunnel and take the second right towards BVV. - Head right, towards Praha, then follow the directions above. By Public Transport: From the main railway station: Take tram number 1 towards Bystrc. Exit at Mendel Square. Change to the number 26 trolleybus. Exit at Pisárecká; you have to request the stop. Our hotel is approximately 20 metres away; the journey takes about 20 minutes. From the city centre – Česká Street: Take tram number 29. Exit at Antropos, we are on the right-hand side.

You have the choice of a cold or hot breakfast, prepared at the time you ask us (please order the night before). If you have any special dietary requirements, we will be happy to meet your requests. We will even serve your breakfast to your room if you prefer. The hot breakfast consists of ham and eggs, sausage, home-cooked crispy bacon, toast, butter and a salad garnish. The cold breakfast is comprised of 2 kinds of ham, various cheeses, honey, fruit jam, butter and a salad garnish There is also a complimentary buffet offering milk, tea, coffee, juice, mineral water, muesli, corn flakes, yoghurt, fresh bread and rolls, sweet pastries and fruit.
