The hotel reception is open every day from 07:00 to 21:00. Outside these hours the hotel is locked and guarded by a camera system. The reception services are then provided by our sister hotel Roudná (about 20 metres away). The Roudná Hotel’s reception is open 24/24. There you can also get the key to your room. A modern and fully equipped conference suite for up to 50 delegates in theatre style or for smaller groups around a central meeting table is available for your business needs. We are in the old artisan district of Roudná, very near the historical centre of Pilsen with its many cultural and architectural attractions. You can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes or there are buses and trams which criss-cross the town. Local taxis are available at reasonable prices. Visit the famous Pilsner Urquell brewery and the popular zoo!

Hotel Palace is a modern, new-built 4 star hotel located in historical center of Pilsen. It has an ideal access from the D5 motorway in direction Prague or Rozvadov / Waidhaus ( Germany ). ARRIVAL BY CAR: From highway D5 ( from direction Nürnberg and Munich ): Take exit 89 and follow the information signs "Pilsen-Borska pole" ( road no.26 ). At the roundabout drive in direction "Pilsen-Center" ( road 26 ). Go on "Domažlická road" in direction Prague and switch onto transit 50 ( road 26 ) and pass under two bridges ( Paton‘s and Roosevelt‘s bridge ). After that turn right in direction center ( Zoo ). After crossing the Roosevelt’s bridge you have to turn right. The street “Na Roudné” and the Hotel Palace are located right there. From highway D5 ( from direction Prague ): Take exit 67 and follow the information signs in direction Pilsen-Center, then go straight at "Rokycanská road". At the "Pilsner Urquell" you have to turn right. At the crossing drive in direction transit E50 and by the next crossing you have to turn left in direction "Center / Zoo". Then you turn right and cross the Roosevelt’s bridge. After the bridge you turn right. The street “Na Roudné” and the Hotel Palace are located right there. From road E49 ( direction from Karlovy Vary ): Drive in direction Pilsen Center, go along the main road and then you will pass a Shell station ( on your left side ). At the traffic circle and at the second turning go in direction "Zoo". At the second traffic light ( in front of the Roosevelt’s bridge ) you have to turn left. The street “Na Roudné” and the Hotel Palace are located right there. ARRIVAL BY TRAIN: From the railway station you get into the Hotel Palace with tram 1 or 2 in direction center. You get out at the Republic square, where you go right through the Roosevelt street, which hooks on the Roosevelt’s bridge. Cross the bridge and then turn right. The street “Na Roudné” and the Hotel Palace are located right there. ARRIVAL BY PLANE: Next International Airport: Prague-Ruzyne Take motorway D5 - 84km (45 min by car).

You can enjoy your breakfast in the sister Hotel Roudná (about 20 metres from the hotel) from 08:00 to 10:00 at a reasonable rate. In the Hotel Roudná you can also select from a wide range of à-la-carte dishes at very reasonable prices. There is an excellent choice of local specialities and international dishes. Fine wines from the best cellars in Moravia are selected to complement the dishes prepared by our expert chefs. The restaurant has a capacity of 40 guests.
